Subscription Agreement (Please Read Before Subscribing)

The ʻOhana of the Month subscription is a six month commitment offered at an exclusive reduced rate. By subscribing, you agree to complete the full six month term.

 

If the subscription is canceled early, the discounted rate can no longer be honored. Any price difference between the discounted monthly rate and the standard monthly rate will be charged for each month already received, or a $20 early termination fee will apply, whichever is greater.

 

This allows us to handcraft your candles in small batches and continue offering sustainable luxury at a special price for our subscribers.

Shipping Policy

At Pūpūkea Lux, each order is prepared with care and intention. We want your experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door to feel seamless, grounded, & full of aloha.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and packed with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, launches, or restocks, processing times may extend slightly as we prepare each item with the attention it deserves.

Shipping Rates & Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • International Orders: We currently ship to select countries. Shipping times vary based on location and customs.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking number once it has shipped.

Local Pickup (O‘ahu Only)

We offer local pickup by appointment. You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll take care of you with aloha.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Sustainability

We use eco-conscious packaging whenever possible to honor the land and ocean that inspire us. Please reuse or recycle your materials with intention.
