You’ll receive a solid wax refill, poured to match your candle size & fragrance. Simply place it into your existing vessel, insert the new wick included, and relight your ritual.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and packed with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, launches, or restocks, processing times may extend slightly as we prepare each item with the attention it deserves.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

• International Orders: We currently ship to select countries. Shipping times vary based on location and customs.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking number once it has shipped.

Local Pickup (O‘ahu Only)

We offer local pickup by appointment. You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll take care of you with aloha.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
  Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
