To honor our island home and reduce unnecessary shipping across the ocean, candle refills are offered locally through our vessel exchange program. By keeping glass in circulation within our community, we minimize transport waste while preserving the integrity of each piece.

For those beyond Hawaiʻi, renewal continues through our low-waste alternatives. Our room sprays and wax melts are crafted with the same care, intention, and clean ingredients, allowing your ritual to evolve without excess packaging.

At Pūpūkea Lux, each order is prepared with care and intention. We want your experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door to feel seamless, grounded, & full of aloha.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and packed with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, launches, or restocks, processing times may extend slightly as we prepare each item with the attention it deserves.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

• International Orders: We currently ship to select countries. Shipping times vary based on location and customs.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking number once it has shipped.

Local Pickup (O‘ahu Only)

We offer local pickup by appointment. You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll take care of you with aloha.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
  Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
